It’s said so suddenly and so fiercely it takes Hayden a second to register what he’s heard. 

“Oh.” 

“Yeah.” Shane replies

 How Hayden finds out. 

It seems that Hayden always finds out by accident, by walking in or something else. But never really the way where Shane can actually say the words. 

Here there is even an extra part to that where Hayden actually sees Shane and sees that there is something going on. I really loved that. Really showed how they are friends and Hayden cares (and notices things, even people keep saying he is kinda slow, stupid, something). All that. Yea okay, the conclusion he draws isnt correct but there isnt that much to go on.

Ilya on the other hand. I still have this super bad boy, menace to society vibes going on in my head. The whole show version of Ilya is kinda tame compared to what Im always thinking, so trying to mix those two isnt as easy as I would love it to be. And its not like I dont like show Ilya or there is something wrong with him. Its just sometimes feels a little bit hollow compared to the books. Hopefully that will vanish at some point.

 But yea. I like this. I like Shane and his anxiety seen from Hayden's POV. I like everything about this. Yea.
