It was something that Peter wasn't even comfortable thinking about, much less talking to Wade about. But he knew that the topic was going to come up eventually.

I really don't understand why people don't understand asexuality. (I also don't understand them for not understanding other sexualities but that's beside the point now).

So I really like Tony in this. He actually understands and is there for Peter and helps him to feel good about himself. Everything in that is awesome and good and perfect. I also give a shit tonne of kudos to Deadpool to actually being there for Peter and understanding what ace is and what it means. Deadpool is awesome how he can actually understand stuff like that when people don't really expect him to be that understanding.

There is also a sequel to this. Confusion and Understanding which is also pretty good. So yea. Knock yourself out.

Okey. Im starting to notice a pattern in the fics I chose to blog about. They are from the same writers. Like this. Im like 99% sure atm that at least one of fics I mentioned in last random fandom week post was from CAPSING. And Im gonna stay in denial and not check for sure. But at least we can probably be pretty certain that they write asome fics. Probably.

But the fic that is all about a cat, a stupid sphynx kitten that steals Deadpool's heart. And then Peter steals the rest of that heart. Add the usual misunderstandings there and delete half of the supernatural (no Spidey powers!) and then a lot off pining. And killing. And cute animals.

The reason why I wanted to blog about this one is... Actually I don't have any reason. I just loved this. This wasn't one of those sappy sappy stuff where stuff just happens, there were feelings and logic (yea, I love logic, always) and in the grand scheme of things it all made sense.

Well okey. Peter didn't make any sense at the end. But happy ending needed that so we can just ignore that. Good plan.

Random Fandom Week 4 [Spideypool]

Okey. I admit. Spideypool is not a fandom, its paring. But it kinda felt stupid to just write Marvel as fandom and too long to write Deadpool and Spiderman both there, so compromising.

But seriously. I have read Deadpool comics (also Iron Man and X-Men and lots of others, mostly just Star Wars) but I have not read the Spiderman comics. I have seen the movies or at least some of them if that helps it or anything. So yea. Thats basically where I start with this week. And fuck I would be lieing if I didn't say I can't wait to see the Deadpool movie. Something good happening this year at least.

So yea. Without any more talk about how I like comics and how Im just one big nerd, let me introduce you 5 + 1 Spideypool fics that I somehow, kinda, really liked. Yea.

Wade’s hanging by one leg from the firescape outside Peter’s seventh floor apartment, katanas sheathed on his back and a gun on each thigh - but he’s frozen like a deer in the headlights, as if Peter poses some sort of threat, standing like an idiot at the open window in sweatpants and no shirt, only a flashlight and a thin smattering of chest hair to defend himself.

Somehow I got this feeling that all of these fics are somehow slowbuilt. Not the fic itself but the story in there. It takes them years and years to get that good point and then its pretty much accident or sleep deprevation or something along the lines. Not bad at all. Just different, good kinda different.

There are rules, damn it. Number one: never sneak up on Peter while he’s napping or he will end up on the ceiling. Number two: stop trying to get in Peter’s pants. Wade stops listening after that one because he doesn’t like rules.

This one is my favorite so far. I just love the way Deadpool is ranting all the time. Somehow its not some kinda awkward ranting where you get bored reading it but this is more like what kinda ranting people would do in normal life. If you could call it that. Like what the fuck kinda ranting that you want to understand but you just cant and its just pure gold. I really hope you understand what I mean because this is goooooood. Really good. Yea.

Poor Spidey is slow. Really slow sometimes. But this one is kinda like the two before. Not enterily but close. But still really different. Ugh. Maybe all of these fics are just becoming a one fic in my head. Should probably stop at some point. Nah.

Peter Parker had several things weighing on him the summer after graduating college. For one, he found himself suddenly with a lot of free time, and he wasn't a fan of free time. And then there were his actual duties as Spider-Man. And lastly, around the end of spring Peter had heard rumors that Deadpool was back in town. 3 part fic.

And this is the one with not so happy ending. Or wait. Is there? I don't know. So maybe the one where you don't know if it is a happy ending or not. But I still liked this like a lot. There was a different sense to everything and nothing went the way you thought things would go.

And the +1 part of this fandom week.

The snowstorm was too severe for anyone to sleep out on the streets. Peter knew it was a bad idea, but even Deadpool deserved to have someone looking out for him.

I wanted this one to be the plus one because Deadpool has issues and those issues may have issues too. And all those issues are just shown so well in this fic. Like really good. We need to get inside his head more often or something. Yea.

Okey. Maybe Im gonna start reading Spidepool more from now on. At least it is something new to read. He.
