There was no summary for the series itself. But basically this is just how everyone else finds out about Hollanov and how they love these two.  

I liked the Hollander one. The whole where they come to the conclusion about Shane maybe being gay and how subtle it was and how long it took them to actually come up with it. And how Shane was just being a little bit too focused on hockey.

The Svetlana one just made me fall in love with her all over again. It touched deep and made so much sense.

Hayden is always Hayden and Im still not finished with the Rose one. But those two are just perfect fics too.

I really tought about blogging about everyone separetly, but I would just be repeating myself and they would just be identical and refering other posts so this is easier, neatier and leaves me more room to blog about more awesome fics. Yep.

He gulps. His phone is weighing heavy in his back pocket, his phone which has been logged into an Archive of Our Own account for years. An account which features some… disgustingly detailed smut about the man currently shaking his hand.

First of all, the respect for all that formating. Like seriosly, I dont even wanna think how much time that is gonna take and how pain in the ass it must be. There is a reason why I dropped out of computer science studies in Uni, and yea, coding was a huge factor in it. The only factor actually. I hate it in every form and style and whatnot. Its the worst. 

The fic itself. I love the fanon how Luca is the biggest Hollanov fan and Tumblr fanboy. I may have to actually go and get lost in that tag, because all these things are pure gold.

Other  thing is Luca figuring out Hollanov is real and having the most normal, adult reaction to it. Ha. The best. But to be honest, everything here is the best. Over dramatic a little, full of maybe teenager thingies and whatnot. Still the absolut best.

And I need to go and read this again.

Shane and social clues. Can I just like... I dont know? Just super relate to Shane's struggles or something? 

I just love these kinds of fics where Shane a little bit lost but gets there in the end. Yea. These are sad and makes me cry. But. I dont think thats a bad thing?

Now there are codependent (not)zombies in her house wearing Ilya and Shane’s faces. When they inexplicably act more like a married couple than the bitter rivals she expected, Yuna is convinced that they came back wrong.

It’s easier than admitting she never understood them from the start.

I would love to know how people come up with these ideas? Like how, what, when, seriously.

Yea. These two idiots are it for each other, there is literally no one else that can match their freak, intensity, whatever. They are made for each other in every single way. And here they are basically sharing one soul. How that works for them? Really good when you add a little bit magic to the mix.

Still I like the zombie idea without actual zombies in the mix. There is only one thing I didn't really get, but hys, we can just ignore it and pretend that it makes sense. Well, it makes as much sense as everything else here.

And there is a sequel. Of course, finally a time where I want to read more and there actually is more to this. 

Heal Deal is the story from Shane's point of view. And adds more about how it felt to be dead and be risen from that. And also how Ilya fits in the mix. There is more porn and more feelings and more just stupid possesive shit where these two need to share skin and still they cannot be close enough to each other.

It all just makes so much sense.  

And then if we would just get it all from Ilya's point of view it would be cherry on top. But Im not that greedy. I can be more than happy with these two.

There was a brief silence at the dinner table. Then Hollander started laughing. With his full chest, which Ilya had never heard. Ilya started laughing, too, and then everyone else joined in. “Good one,” Ilya said.

This is the dream. Having a place to hang out with friends, having just the perfect friend group where this is possibly. Just. This is basically everything I have always dreamed off. Which is why I maybe cried through this.

Maybe they are all rich and succesfull. And maybe they have pretty much the perfect life. This is still something to dream about and have as a goal in life. Probably never gonna happen, but who knows.

Roz couldn’t take three hours off when he was in Boston to see Cliff, but somehow managed to kick off a whole ass friendship with his worst enemy when the guy lived two hours away? Make that make sense! As far as Cliff knew, Hollander didn’t even like any of the things that Roz liked – partying or clubbing or drinking. What did Hollander have that Cliff didn’t? Besides a second Cup? And several MVP awards? And multiple broken records?

Oh god. Had Roz picked Hollander as his new best friend because he was better than Cliff at hockey?

Cliff is very proud to be Ilya Rozanov's best friend (or at least his best male friend). But then Ilya moves to Ottawa, dodges Cliff's attempts to hang out and, oh yeah, suddenly announces a close friendship with a guy he's hated for most of a decade. This would be much simpler to deal with if Cliff had any idea how to talk to Roz about feelings. Or how to talk about feelings at all.

I love Cliff and I love all the fics where Cliff is just Ilya's best friend and there for him. Just. All of them are pure gold. 

Cliff is just a flawed character in the fics, but his learning curve and the whole character arch is always they best and most revarding. He learns and he tries to be there, even when he is not always sure what he is doing and how he is doing stuff. But his heart is made of gold. He is part of the found family Ilya needs in life. 

 We just need more Cliff. Thats it.

He must have noticed now that Dorian was no longer typing, “Is there issue?”

Dorian shrugged. “No. I’m just waiting for you to actually be serious about what your 'Husband' wants.”

The man scoffed, “I think you should just make fifty-dollar smoothie for my husband, Smoothie for my very real husband, by the way. Very real husband, so I do not know what finger bunnies are for.” He wiped his nose, taking a breath, “Do you know who I am?”

This is that weird deep end that I have been looking for. Just pure fun crack. Basically everything you need to make your day better. Yep.

And really, he shouldn’t question her about it. He shouldn’t even want to know the details - his girlfriend just told him she got fucked by another man, a man he knows better than he knows her; a man he works with and sees almost every single day.

Still, he can’t help but wonder.

Or; Jude finds out that his girlfriend cheated on him with his teammate, Erling Haaland. Instead of being pissed off, though, he decides he might as well see for himself if the other man is worth the hype. 

Guys. I went there. The curiosity and all that. I went there, but but I have not gotten lost yet. I just. I dont even know anymore. Hopefully this is the only one I'll read and this is over. We will see.

And yea. Im kinda late. But it took me this long to have this conversation with myself, should I or should I not or is it really worth it or is there even anything good. So. Here we are. For at least this one fic.

“We do not say anything about the Hollander situation,” LeClaire tells them even though it sounds like he’s already resigned to what he knows is going to happen.

After all, Roz gets extremely mad whenever it’s brought up. Not that Cliff can blame him, he’s pretty sure that Roz liked Hollander before this (wouldn’t chirp him half as much if he didn’t). Finding out that he’s such a bastard must sting.

Not to mention that Roz does not mess around with people that disrespect girls. Or women. Or kids. Or dogs. Or the elderly (excluding Scott Hunter). Or really anyone, if it’s for petty stupid reasons.

“Of course,” Cliff agrees for both of them since Roz is still too busy texting someone.

It’s apparently not good enough for LeClaire because he asks, “Roz?”

“Just one second,” he answers without raising his eyes from his phone or stopping his typing. “Need to get my Jane to agree with something. She’s very stubborn.”

Or. My take on the 'their text leak and now everybody thinks that Shane is an abusive bastard' premise. Featuring Ilya giving a presser, Marly realizing in real time who 'Jane' is and the internet reacting to the craziness. 

Im bored and for some reason this was open in my browser. I cant even really remember opening this or what draw me into this. And I didnt even read the summary before I started to read. Sooo. Yea, I did pretty great there.

The only thing missing is what happens after this and what Cliff and Ilya will talk. Or more like, how Cliff will support Ilya. We all now that he will be the bestest friend ever, but still. I need more. Yea, I know, there is pattern here.

But mostly this is half twitter (x?) fic and half just Ilya being a mence. So basic monday in this fandom. Yepyepyep.

Ilya had been talking about himself when he’d said it. Making a joke. Sailing a little close to the wind, sick of listening to the background hum of homophobic bullshit. But someone had been filming. The video went viral. The Raiders panicked under the terrible PR. Now he was here.

Sent to Queer Studies 101 to appease twitter. Because he’d been cancelled. For being a homophobe. If was fucking ridiculous.

He turns to the professor. “So, can you help me take on Putin and NHL at same time or I need more advanced class for this?”

Plus Chapter 2 – Social media chapter. Once they've been outed, Ilya gets to demand an apology from twitter.

Im trying to get lost in this fandom. Like really lost, that kind of lost where you find all the weird stuff but good stuff that other people miss. And its kind of really hard, there is just so much good stuf. 

But I think this is a good start. This is so left field and something new, different. Everything. But still fun and now I wanna take a course in queer studies. Where can I do that? Seriously. 

But yeah. I need more. Just more. Love the ending, with Shane outing Ilya as a huge nerd who love the course. Yep. The best. The Putin part was also nice, niche detail. Thank you.
