I kinda feel bad but at the same time i kinda dont feel. But like, these two fuckers are meant to each other so feeling bad when they get together is kinda pointless.

And this fic is more about Shane finding himself and the whole journey there. Rose is good and lovely and everything. It just doesnt work so. Yea. I dont know. This is really, really beautifully written and heartbreaking in a lot of ways. And. You are suppose to consentrate to good things. Yea.

Ilya is not going to steal Shane Hollander's dog. That would be illegal. And wrong. And someone would probably find out and make Ilya give him back. 

So. Not stealing. 

But there is nothing wrong with giving Chernysh all the pats and treats that he deserves, is there? 

Nothing wrong with encouraging Chernysh to spend more and more time at Ilya's house until he doesn't even remember who Hollander is. 

Because Hollander is stupid and boring and does not deserve a dog as good as Chernysh. No, he doesn't, does he? Because Chernysh is the best boy in the whole world, yes he is.

Fuck. Okay. First of all Ilya's English in here. You can see how it improves and how he gets more comfortable with speaking. I loved that. Maybe the best part of the whole fic.

Second thing is the whole dog thing. I am somewhat sad that I guessed it, but it didn't really matter. It was still good and it didn't ruin the fic for me at all. I was just happy that I was able to pick it up.

Third thing is how I am suppose to be working but nooo, I had to finnish this right now. I may have spent the majority of two work days reading this. Ha. Just dont tell my boss that, he still thinks Im dedicated and hard working and whatnot. In the mean time I read fanfics and pretend like Im working.

Anyways. 

The ending. This is the thing Im still not sure about. Its good, its so damn good. I just had ideas where this fic would be going and I was not so sure if I wanted it to go there. The whole thing still makes sense, its in line with everything and I still love it. Okay. On top of that, all my other feelings about it are kinda mixed. So yea.

Still. This is so fucking worth it. Seriously. Go and read this. Hurry!

Except for the big tall Russian one that wont stop staring at him like he knows something Shane doesn't. Like he's waiting for Shane to snap. Like he's begging Shane to do something. 

And Shane won’t, obviously. Because Ilya is the type of man to reel you in and the leave you high and dry. Leave you looking for pieces of him in every new person that you meet, leave you looking for signs you didn't just make the whole thing up, like some wild fantasy that was born of monotony. 

Oh, and he fact he has a boyfriend who he loves. A lot. It isn't monotonous. Its love.

Shane can date other people, Ilya can date other people, as long as they end together. So. Maybe no, they cannnot date other people. 

I dont really like stories with cheating in them and this is like really close to that line. Really close. Or maybe it even crosses it. Even when you kinda get the idea that sometimes things are not always working out and this is one of the symptoms of that. Or something.

I really dont know. I dont even care. Whatever. Just. Read and enjoy. Thats it.

He sucks in a breath, blinking at the hotel ceiling, and memory flashes back in jump cuts — chequered flag, radio screaming, “You’re world champion, mate!”, orange smoke, McLaren crew on the fence, his own voice cracking in parc fermé, while the tears stream down uncontrollably. 

His face warms before his body has even caught up. God, he really did that on live TV, didn’t he? Like, repeatedly. They’re gonna meme him to death. 

He shifts to roll onto his side and something moves next to him. 

Warmth. Weight. The tug of the duvet. 

Lando freezes.

Lando Norris wins the WDC and discovers the real post-race debrief is explaining why he “just wanted to give him a hug.” 

I needed something super cute, simple and heartwarming. This was all of that and more.  I really cant unnderstand how almost all the fics about these two are so cute and somehow innocent. No clue. Or maybe my brain has been rotted with a lot of awful, disgusting things. Maybe.

The second time Shane Hollander wakes up on November 16th, he has a panic attack. 

The problem is — he tries to explain through gasped breaths after Hayden basically knocks down his door, shouting that they’re going to miss their flight — the thing is, Shane’s already woken up on November 16th. He’s already flown to Boston. He’s already been to practice, and he’s checked into the hotel, and he has lived this day before. 

He doesn’t mention that he’s also already fucked Ilya Rozanov twice and had a fucking tuna melt that Rozanov made and drank the ginger ale that Rozanov bought specifically for him. He doesn’t mention that they’d snuggled on the couch watching TV like some kind of couple, like boyfriends. 

He doesn’t mention that he fell asleep thinking about how Ilya — fuck, no, thinking about how Rozanov had called him sweetheart and Shane, and that, even now, he can’t quite get the cadence of Ilya’s voice out of his head. 

Or: After the tuna melt fiasco, Shane Hollander wakes up in a time loop.

Is it okay to have a headcanon about a fic? I like the idea that Ilya is stuck in the time loop too. For some reason he doesnt tell Shane about it, just maybe enjoys it the same way Shane is. Or maybe he is a little bit suicidal and thinks that this is the best he could ever get from Shane. Yea. That got deep and dark pretty fast.

Tbh, I kinda guessed the way the time loop would be broken pretty fast. But that didnt really affect the fic itself. I liked the journey Shane took to get to the point. How he kind of got distracted there for couple of times and how he just lost himself to the time loop. 

 Also. I may have cried a lot. Fuck the mental health.

Why am I back reading WIP fics? Like yea, there are completed fics that I have not read yet. Some of them are even pretty fucking good (probs I could like them even better than this one). So the fucking point being what? Idk. I dont wanna know. 

To be fair, I have subscribed to like ten? WIP fics and I hate those emails that there is a new chapter. Hate them with passion. On top of that, I have stopped reading half of them after like two updated. Just yea. The waiting is not for and I cant even justify the whole thing.

This on the other hand? Fuck. Cant stop reading, cant stop re-reading. Love it. Its unhinged. Its best. Its weird. Ist just so everything. I dont even know. 

And I may be a little bit addicted to all these texting fics. Dont tell anyone, please.

Someone is healing people in Muggle hospitals in the dead of night and risking the Statute of Secrecy. Harry will get to the bottom of it, but does he really want to stop them? 

Harry could be a really goood detective. It also makes sense that he would be really shitty at taking orders from idiot people.  But it also makes sense that he would love to help other people who are coming from muggle world and have trouble with wizarding world. Maybe the books leaves it all a little bit too open with accidental magic and The Minitrys way of dealing with it. So this could theoretically answer all those questions.

Draco's redemption arc is also kinda wicked good. One other good thing (not good per se but more like a thing that makes sense) is about how other wizards react towards Draco and him trying to be better. How he is still carrying a lot of shitty baggage. Yup.

There wasnt a single thing I didnt like. Take that as you like.
