When Ilya Rozanov goes down on the ice, the Boston Bears are already moving to defend their captain. No one expects Shane Hollander, captain of the Montreal Voyageurs, to be the one who throws the first punch.
Or: the Boston Bears figure out Ilya and Shane’s relationship first—and decide that instead of letting their captain move to fucking Ottawa, they’ll just kidnap a his boyfriend instead. Shane Hollander would make a better Bear anyway.
I am really stuck to the whole idea of Shane being traded to Boston. I love the idea, I love how the team reacts to it, how it affects everything and just how these two idiots are going to survive the whole ordeal.
The only thing I hate is that all of these fics are WIP. There are like three complete fics and I dont like them that much. So I had to switch to WIP fics and thats just a huge pain in my ass. I hate the waiting game and hoping that the fic will get finished and I hope I dont forget about them. Yea. This is one of the WIP I started to read just because I need the stories.
But I really liked this one. The whole kidnapping part and Shane finally understanding how Montreal maybe is a little bit shitty place for him. Okay. Thats not fair. How everyone in Montreal is basically bullying him and the environment is not good for him. That. I like that part.
So yea. Lots of things Im hooked up right now and hoping. I just wish there were more, but in time there will be. I just have to be patient.
