Best part of this fandom is how Marlow is always the most faithful friend to Ilya. Not the smartest or not even the one who keeps up with shit. But the best friend for Ilya. The guy who is always there, the one Ilya can always trust. Just the best of the best. At this point. I dont even remember what kind of person Marlow was in the books. I just love the fandom version of him.
Here he is just as awesome as always. And I may have read this like ten times already. So this is so worth it. One of the best oneshots I have read. Yep.
