I had this idea about doing for every day in December to post a some kinda christmas fic. To be honest, I am way too lazy to find 24 christmas themed fics, so for the actual christmas day you get this awesome list full of Christmas magic. Hopefully I will do this again next year. I didn't really understood the beginning in this. I don't know why but it just kinda went over my understanding (someone can now try to explain it to me). And right now I don't even know why I kept reading this but have to say, totally worth it. No matter how confused I was but in the end I just fell in love with this. Seriously.

If I go even way back than this I don't even know why I opened this one (most Sherlock / James Bond crossover fics are just way overrated. There is like two or three or something that I like (love, whatever) and now this is one of those. Maybe it has something to do with how they are not forced to be in the same fic or shit like that, they are just growing and being and trying to survive. Maybe. Or maybe there is other reason. Dunno. But I liked this none the less.

And, if we can now start thinking about the fic itself, I could actually be pretty happy.

So the plot is all about how everyone borns with their soul mates name on their arm (or after their soul mate has born gets their name on their arm). There are cases when your soulmate has different name than yours, then there are cases when your soul mate belongs to different time and you wont have any name and then there are cases that you will never meet your soul mate. But there is still happiness and this is one of those good kinda soul mate fics.

Mycroft is one of those whose soul mate has different soul mate. Sherlock doesn't believe in love. Q has lost all hope of finding his soul mate after he had become Q. Bond is that kinda who believes there can be love and the love of your life doesn't have to be your soul mate. And this is how their lifes are one big world.

But the good parts of the fic áre the things how soul mate thing affects them and how there is this whole cultural thing around (how the world is different because of the soul mate thing). I also liked how different people reacted to soul mate and how it all was not as simple as "this is your chosen one and now you have to spent the rest of your life with them". Okey. That probably was the best part of the whole thing.

And okey. Maybe I also liked how Q was so in love with Bond and how Bond tried to have a relationship with Q. And maybe how everyone thought Mycroft and Q were married or something was also awesome. Mycroft and Sherlock's relationship was good, like really good. They were both faulty and shit but they kinda were there for each other and Mycroft was okey with Sherlock and John just made it all better and......... I have no idea how describle the whole thing. It was good and I liked it. Thats it probably.

Maybe thats all I want to say. How good this was to compared to other soul mate fics there are because this wans't perfect soul mate thing and people just made it all that much complicated and good and shit. Yea. So read and comment and leave kudos and make the author feel loved. Im off.

But in the meantime the Holmes brohers have been thinking, discussing, making plans, whatever floats your boat and they have come to the conclusion that it is okey to fuck John and they wanna do the threesome.

And now don't ask why I say The Threesome (it sounds weird and fuck but whatever). But the whole fic is just big What The Fuck. Seriously.

Okey. I really love the writing style and how it is not about what someone did and when someone did and what happened then. Its more like this thing happened somewhere there and then this happened and these two should probably equal this thing but lets not put that there. Yea. If you understand what I mean. But I really like these kinda things, you could say this kinda style is my favorite. Maybe.

No idea what else to say. Okey, I was kinda waiting something little bit more from this but this didn't dissapoint me, so not harm done there. Probably could have been better but nothing is perfect so Im just gonna skip all that. I liked this, loved the style and storytelling and some detail description and shit like that. And this is worth of your time.

One thing’s certain: this wasn’t the way it was supposed to happen.

I havent read any good Johnlock fic in awhile but this was good, like really good. Even when this was kinda long for a oneshot but seriously, 11 000 words is good length for a oneshot so no complaining.

Still it was all about how Sherlock was in love with John but had never told John and how John went and marry Mary. At some point it all is just too much and shit starts to fall apart and they fuck. Yea. And the rest of the fic is people seeing their relationship and trying to help them but Sherlock is blind as always and more things happen and more pain and more feelings and more something.

But none of those were the reason why I liked this so much. Because you could read any fic and pretty much you could have the same plot (okey, they arent same per se but still) but this one was written in so small scenes that it was kinda fun to read. Everything was kinda loosely based to the scene before it... No. Thats not right. Every scene was like a own little story but together in a big picture it was a one solid story. Yea. That sounds pretty much right.

And this is actually my favorire style of the whole world. I dont know why but I just like fics that has been built from small things that dont even feel like they have anything similiar but when together those things are just fit and perfect.

Probably I should also comment how I kinda missed John's thoughts about the whole ordeal. There were small things (like he admitting how he loves Mary while Sherlock was asleep) but I was kinda missing the whole ordeal if he felt quilty... No scratch that. He felt quilty, everyone can see that. But more like how quilty he felt and why he kept coming and not breaking up with Mary. Yea. Thats more like it.

Okey. I understand that this was all from Sherlock's point of view but I can still miss things, its not illegal. But if the writer is ever gonna write this from John's point of view Im so gonna read that version, even when I normally hate those things. Ha. So all in all this was really good, like really good. And totally worth my time. Thank you.

Either way I liked that ending. It was good and refressing. Maybe someone would say that there wasnt an actual ending but this fic wasnt suppose to tell the whole life story so the ending is good. Not gonna take any arguments for that.

And then I liked..... Moriarty. He was good and Moriarty like in this one. Even when he wanted to see those two fucking and the whole scene was a little bit too disturbing. Ha.

In the end. I liked and yea. Maybe not gonna read again but whatever.

Quinn Anderson must have had really, really fun while writing this. All those fetishes there were, and there were lots of them, how many of those she had found. I havent even heard half of them before, like seriously. God. This was so educational and really fun fic.

Anyways. John doesnt know so much about fetishes and Sherlock is so shocked about that. So Sherlock decides to light John's world of fetishes. First John is what the fuck but then its all so gross that he cant even belive its possible. But then Sherlocks finds that John is really intersted in BDSM and thats when all the fun begins. Gosh.

Okey. In the begingin these two bakas arent together and that is also adds one more reason to John why Sherlock shouldnt find everything out from him. But still. This is friggin good and ou gosh I fell in love, which is weird cuz normally I dont like these kinda fics (even when I read these sometimes I dont like them, its just sometimes too much).

The most I liked how Sherlock wasnt ooc until the very end where it was only logical that he has to be at least a little bit ooc to maintain the idea of this fic. But John wasnt at all ooc so really good with that.. Then... I dont know.

I also liked how there wasnt that kinda shit that ou my god Im in love and didnt know that until now blah blah blah. I dont like that cuz its just stupid that you dont know that kinda thing. Yea. And then that explanation about how John was already aware his fetish to BDSM

The things I didnt like so much? I dont know. This was good I liked reading this too much so I didnt really want to use my energy to find something negative about this (okey, most of the time I was way too into the story to even find anything. But still. And I just had to pick one line from the fic to this blog entry. It was just too awesome and maybe give you reason to read this. Ha. Yea.

I'm gonna start with all the things I dont like about this fic. Maybe its not fair cuz there isnt so many things I like in this one. A Helping Hand (only the name in alone is cliche but I dont like ranting about name cuz I can almost never find a good name to any of my fics) was so average hand job fic. I think there are thousands of them in every fandom, like seriously. And then they all have the same kinda plot where two friends (or brothers or something) spends night together and, for some reason or other, sleep in the same bed and then the other gets a hard on and you can guess the rest.

So the plot of A Helping Hand basically is that John gets a fucking hard on from gay porn and then Sherlock wants to help with it. And following millions of other fics footsteps, John doesnt want Sherlock's help at first but Sherlock finally Sherlock gets his mind and they are happily jacking each other off. Yea. Thats it.

I dont wanna be cruel and tell you this was total shit and you dont have any reason to read this but if someone likes to write these kinda fics there has to be someone to like reading this. So I have to bother and say couple good words about this fic, because this wasnt total shit (only the way too cliche plot was).

I cant ignore how good written this was (even I had enough patient to read the whole fic and I'm normally so lazy reading this kinda fics). Ofc there were couple cliche things like:

John could feel his face burning. Sherlock found him attractive? Sherlock fantasised about him? For how long? Why hadn't he ever said anything? Why him? And why did he still have a goddamn erection?!

But those were only minor things that almost every fic has so I'm not saying it bad stuff. The only thing I dont like it is how cliche it is (almost everything is cliche for me already so yea). I cant even understand why everyones thoughts have to go the same route every time and they have to be displayed the same way. There are millions of other ways and writers job practially is to find all the different ways to display things. And that is the reason why I dont like those mind explosions where characters are always asking the same questions the same way. I really hope someone understands what I'm talking about cuz it would be awesome to hear other opinions about this matter.

Anyways. The other thing I liked in was the dialog. Sherlock felt so Sherlock kinda while he spoke and he didnt felt to so ooc (out of character). John was a little bit ooc (being a shy little little virgin boy) but its fucking impossible to write these kinda fics without someone being ooc.

I dont know. Maybe someone likes these ones and gets off with this kinda things. But not me. I dont like and normally I dont read, this was totally accident I even opened this one, so yea.

We Go Anywhere But To The Ground [Sherlock, Johnlock, NC-17]

 John's face crumples in on itself and the hurt that's been rattling around between his bones suddenly erupts into a painful bloom, and he falls. Sherlock Holmes, even in death, remains the only man capable of bringing John Watson to his knees.

This is long, this is interesting and this has things that I cant not to fall in love. This is that kinda fic that isnt cliche where it is trying to be cliche and with a happy ending that isnt an actual happy ending. This has so many sides that I cant keep a count on them. And all those things all reasons why I fell in love with this.

We Go Anywhere But To The Ground is a fic about John's sorrow after Sherlock's death and how his life is meaningless. The life goes by day by day and everyone tries to keep John even a little bit happy. And then there is Sherlock who cant belive how depressed John is. Mycroft just tries keep and eye on John and Molly cant stand the lieng anymore.

So the plot basically is just sorrow. Everyone has their own sorrow and that affects them different ways. Mostly this just concentrates on John who doesnt live his life anymore. He just is and tries to find a reason to wake up the next morning until he has enough courage to finnish it all. And in the background there is everyone else trying to find their way on that sorrow too.

In a fic there are normally really small things I fell in love with. Sometimes they can be some lines or just plain senteced and sometimes they are the storytelling and how its so sarcastic or negative or something feisty. It has to be something really strong or something like that but not from the middle ground. And then I fell in love. This one had depressed storytelling and I fell in love with how pale it was. Everything was so straight minded from that and all just showed that depressing.

Its hard to tell about this fic. I could just tell how boring and depressing John's life is and how well written all that his but that would just be boring. Even when this is so friggin long fic (with over 25 000 in one oneshot) there isnt much to talk about.

So I'm just stealing a one little quete from the fic and leaving it there. Because this was good and I cant really tell more expect you are about to read a very dark, dapressing fic if you open this one. Yea. Still. Dont forget how good this is (you can totally ignore the lenght).

Three years later Sherlock returns to only to find everything is different, especially John. Perhaps the only way to repair their friendship is to turn it into something more. Eventual Sherlock/John. Spoilers for series 1 and 2.

This was beautiful, really really beautiful. All the feelings felt so real and it really made this beautiful and unique. Sherlock was so Sherlock and couldnt understand human's feelings and gosh. It was just so beautiful and thats the only word I can find to portray this one.

And the plot. Sherlock came back from death and John was really depressed and just divorced. Anything isnt as easy as Sherlock thought them to be. Then there is their relationship that was chancing even before Sherlock's death.

Yea, I know, the plot is friggin cliche but this was good and original. Nothing just happened because they just happened. Everything was logical and the characters had a soul.

The most I liked Sherlock and how he only undestood the logic and not the feelings or how the feelings worked. He was so out even when tried to understand John and tried to make John understand him. Sherlock all together as a character was way too awesome in this one. He wasnt even a little bit ooc.

And then there was John. He loved Sherlock and adored him. And the storytelling really showed how much Sherlock had let John down when he had commited suicide three years ago. Ofc then there was Mary and how lovely she was. Yea.

I dont know if there even was one bad thing about this one. Even the storytelling fit to the characters and really brought everything out from the characters. I really loved this one.

I wouldnt normally even open this fic. Before I even read the fics title or its summary I check the amount of comment it has gotten and I read if it has more than 10 comments per chapter. But this one. This had 48 comments and 15 chapters so this should have 150 comments. Why I even opened this? No idea but I'm happy I did.

Anyways Moving tells a story where John has to choose between Sherlock and Mary. Everything starts with a conversation how John is moving out and how Sherlocks starts planning how to keep John with him. Then Mary sees how she has to fight to have John all to herself. And in the end there is this feeling that John didnt choose anyways. He did but at the same time he kinda didnt.... So not gonna tell more specifillacy.

But the things I liked was how Sherlock was so Sherlock. All his lines felt like they were straight from that tv series. Getting Sherlock to remind more of himself would be almost impossible in this kinda fic. Really. And I really appreciate that. It awesome thing.

And then there was Mycroft and how he tried to keep his brothers heart safe. We cant forgot the little Mycroft/Watson thing there somewhere (it was so small and "innocent" that it isnt one actual paring in this one so I didnt mention it there). It was almost hilarious. Those two just shouldnt do anything.

Ou. And Mary. She was lovely and I really liked how okey she was with the boys' relationship. She wasnt bothered about it or wasnt bitchy or anything. She understood that these two have a weird bond and thats it. Now it sounds really stupid but it was good and I liked her. Maybe she was a little bit too nice but I think she was perfect to Watson in this fic (with Sherlock, Watson needs both of them).

There was also this one thing I wanted to quete. Its long and its kinda meanless but I thought it describes perfectly Sherlocks and what he thinks about Watson. And I fell in love with it, so yea : D But because its so long I'm not gonna show it on main page in my blog. Yea. But this fic is totally worth of your time.

Sherlock was not in love with John Watson. They were friends, the very best of friends and nothing more. Just because John smelled ridiculously good was no reason to believe it was otherwise.

Ou god. First Sherlock fic I have ever read. Really. And I dont really know if I should laugh or cry. This is.... weird, odd, strange or something. This whole fic. And I thought I just opened one normal fic with some plot and normal characters. But this is something entirely different.

Watson is on heat (or something) and Sherlock is jealous. John has to stay home for a week because he is on heat and Sherlock gets lonely and he cant think anything else than Watson. yea. And I so dont know should I say Watson or John but I think I'm gonna stick with Watson.

And all I got right now is a question "what the fuck did I just read?" This was really really interesting. I dont even know if I liked this or not. Well this was well written and all that shit but the plot and that heat thing and that Watson was able to get pregnant and the pill... And did I forget something? Dont know, dont care. You got the point.

Okey. The thing I learned was that I like these two and their relationship. I'm so going to read more of these two and maybe I'm gonna find a fic that I at least understand and like (not saying i dont like this) and maybe I can say more about the next one. Yea.
