Cas and Dean have spent the last five years surviving the end of the world by relying on one another for support. However, when a 2009 version of Dean shows up at Camp Chitaqua, his confusion about their relationship reveals that something in the timeline has been changed.This made me want to read more about Cas amd Dean in the alternative future. Or universe in this case ? Whatever. But more about them after the world ends anyways.
This was pretty dark and that just made this great. Dean and Cas had so many problems and they did not know how to deal with them. And in the background the world was burning and crashing and just dieing. Everything was dieing and they were just trying to survive. Witht their own coping mechanisms.
So maybe this is for not the fragile people. This is not pretty or nice or even that happy in that matter. But they kinda get their happy ending, in some very dark way where happiness is a relative term. Yup. So every bit worth all the tears. Ha!
Just kidding. You wont cry while reading this (a lot at least). So enjoy!
