AU Sharmen One Shot - The line between love and hate is thin. Though Shane didn't realize how thin it really was until one night at a party changes everything, and the unexpected happens - she falls for enemy number 1, Carmen Morales.

I'm not sure what I liked the most about this fic. The characters? The setup? The storytelling? Because I liked it all and some other stuff.

Maybe the best part was how in love Shane is and how she doesn't really know how to handle that. After that everything just somehow goes from there.

Okay. Their relationship didn't really start that easy and actually, nothing about their relationship was easy. At some point, they just were laying on the road and shit started to happen. And from that it just was freefalling. Or maybe the freefalling started earlier. I don't know.

But the point is that the whole thing somehow made sense and was pretty awesome. I don't generally like highschool fics that much but this was just better than those normally are. So this is basically must-read, even if you aren't that into L Word in general. So I totally recommend this.
