Sometimes, Stiles whispers sweet nothings to his laptop and asks the gaming gods to bless him with quick fingers and an indestructible bladder. For gaming. Obviously.

What he didn’t ask for was a bitchy new guild-mate with a God complex and a famous next-door neighbor who plays footie and throws house parties every time Stiles is trying to sleep.

Or; The one where Stiles is a famous web denizen, and Derek is just plain famous.

First of all. Anyone else than British people writing British fics is weird as fuck. Not that they have some super big errors in culture or something like that. The problems come with the words and the smallest details. Like I wouldn’t go to Tesco to buy my cheap shitty clothes, I would rather go to Asda. It is not an apartment, it is flat. And things like that.

But if you ignore all that, this was pretty good. I liked Stiles, I liked how he was this super gamer and how it took over most of his life. The only problem with all that was his financial situation and how he could be living alone without never actually working? This just disturbed me. But maybe he had some kinda sponsorship with some rich dude who pays him to play? I don’t know.

I also really liked Derek, how he was this huge mystery but was the really good person inside. How he helped Isaac and was there for Isaac. And their whole awesome relationship. Okay. One good part was also how that relationship clashed with Stiles and what kind of impact Stiles had on them. I really liked that. The whole thought of it and how it worked.

Without forgetting how insecure Derek was about his feelings. How long it took these two to get together and the problems behind them. Fuck Kate, seriously, let's just destroy her and be happy about it. But her part in here was good without taking over the whole fic. She had a purpose and she did that and wasn’t overwhelming with her influence over everything. Yea. Kinda liked how Kate had been added here without really having to interact with her and the rest of the characters. Yup. Really good.

And cats are awesome, don’t let anyone say they are stupid or awful. Cats are Gods and that's it.

So please. Fucking read this. Ignore all those minor details and bath in the awesomeness that everything else in this fic is. Seriously. Also, leave a comment and make the author feel loved. That's it. Thank you!

“And this is it?” he points at the first girl. “I saw you in first period, you barely bothered to catch any of the balls you were tossed. I’m pretty sure you spent more time on your cell.”

The girl rolls her eyes, and looks completely unashamed of the fact she had her phone out in class. Derek knows Finstock would have stepped on it.

“And you,” he points at the second girl, taller and with eyes that meet Derek’s coolly. “You can’t throw anything worth half a damn. And what are you,” he points at the boy, trying not to look him in the eye, and failing. “A hundred and fifty pounds wet?”

The boy smirks at him, and Derek looks resolutely away. He’s now desperately trying not to picture him wet.

"I can't work with this."

Before this I had no idea what game dodge ball is (I still don't what it is called in my native language) and I had to google it ofc, but I used youtube and the first thing I got from there was One Direction playin dodge ball and lets just say Im traumatised for the rest of my life. Seriously. Just no. Probably have to leave internet for awhile.

But this fic has nothing to do with One Direction and really little to do actual dodge ball (besides the point that the dodge ball is kinda a huge part of the whole plot). This is more like the story about someone figthing with morals and want. And laws and jailbait and somewhere there is practising for some dodge ball game.

Normally I would probably rant about how I dont wanna read almost an 30 000 word fic that is basicaly only about Derek pining over Stiles and how Stiles is young and Dereks is teacher but fuck that. This is actually, really good even that is totally the whole plot. Like I'm not kidding. Thats it.

The thing is. It just doesn't get boring or feel like it is repeating itself. The plot just goes and Derek falls more in love every minute. Its kinda cute, probably. And I totally dig Jack. Awesome puppy he is.

What else? Yea. Someone could explain me what dodge ball is besides that it involves throwing balls and when you get hit you are out. And read this. Seriously. Read this. And leave kudos and comments, make the author feel loved. Thank you.

There bruises on Derek's chest from where Stiles pushed Derek. Two purple-red impressions of the heel of Stiles' palms. Derek pokes them curiously. 

Derek's never had bruises before Stiles.

First Im going to complain how people don't use capital letters in their fic names anymore. Yes, I know you can use it sometimes to make a point or be different or whatever floats your boat. But this is getting rididcculous. It feels like no one use caps anymore anywhere. English is a language and to keep that language alive and keep people understanding whats the right way you are suppose to use the langauge correctly. So please. Use the caps.

But the fic itself was.. different. Fuck that.

I liked how someone actually took the whole mate thing and added something actually new to it. Like not just all that usual, cliche crap that you can read in almost any soulmate/mate fics. The bruising was new and exciting and I really, really liked it.

I also liked how it was not something that everyone just knew, how Derek had to work it out in his head before he was sure. How Erika and Boyd made sense and how Derek dealed with it (okey, he could always done better but we are talking about Derek). It just kept every character as their own and (as far as I can remember) no one was OOC. Just really good work with all that.

There were probably tons of other good stuff that I should mention but I want you to find them and just understand how I liked this and found this good and different. And totally worth of reading. Like seriously. Just read it.
